I teach classes, hold workshops and give private millinery/ hat making instructions. I am also available for talks.
the classes have a fixed topic, such as hand-blocked straw hat, sculpted 20ies velour cloche, fascinator etc. as a means to teach you a set of classical millinery skills that you can then use for more projects; you will walk away with your finished hat.
the class description also includes the skills necessary to take the class successfully.
the classes are usually held in 2-hour blocks over the course of 4-5 weeks
maximum class size is 8 students;

millinery workshops are usually one day, minimum 3 hours.
they can be booked for larger groups, please email or call for more information.
individual millinery instructions are also available; scheduling and curriculum are flexible and tailored to your interests and level of millinery experience. up to 3 students.
studio time is the use of the studio including equipment for your own millinery projects; available for current or former students.
